We have had it into their service department 4 separate times and they have done the same thing each time. It's been 1 year since we originally purchased our vehicle and we're still dealing with a bad rear end noise. They acted hesitant but then did get us one. We let them know that we didn't have another vehicle and asked if they provided rentals. They then had our car for almost 3 weeks. We had originally contacted them before the 30 days but they couldn't fit us in until it had been 30 days. He again reassured us not to worry "they would take care of us." It was less than a month later and we had to take the vehicle back in for 2 of the 3 issues they were supposed to have fixed before we drove it off the lot. I wanted to make sure I was hearing him correctly so I restated what I heard him say because my husband and I both felt two of the issues with the vehicle could be pricey repairs. He told me that we would just need to bring the vehicle back to their service department and they would fix it free of charge. I specifically asked our salesman Brian Jackson what would happen if these problems with the vehicle began again. We were told that we would write them down on a document known as the "We Owe" and things on this document would be addressed. We were told that we w had a few concerns when we test drove the vehicle and were reassured that they would be fixed before we purchased the vehicle. Steve Rayman Chevrolet is definitely one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. Add this to the fantastic staff and I had a 5 Star experience. That alone would be enough for me to return to Steve Rayman for future purchases and to refer others to the dealership. As someone whose credit scores are not stellar at the moment, the Steve Rayman Chevy staff treated me as if I had A+ credit and not as a 2nd class citizen which has been my experience at other dealerships. He was also very helpful, explaining all the 'gadgets' and features of my new car. His sense of humor was infectious and after spending a few hours at the dealership it was very pleasant. The finance manager Dan Schian was very nice and he explained my financing very clearly. Cobb was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. The special financing department was exceptional and were diligent in helping me get the financing for my new vehicle and they did everything they could to let me drive out in the exact car that I wanted. ![]() She was very friendly and helpful in assisting me in picking my new vehicle. My nephew who lives in the area asked me to recommend him to a dealership. I guess I have to pay for my own repairs on a new purchased vehicle from a "Well Known Business." The pre-owned just gets stuck with whatever. Seems Steve Rayman only cares for his new car deals. I only received a return call from Lamar and Ray to see if I was satistfied. But the cleanliness of the establishment and the level of sales customer service, one would think that Steve Rayman would want happy, satisfied and repeat customers. The used vehicle I purchased ('10 Compass) had and still has several items that are wrong with it!!! It hurts me so bad as a customer because it has been almost 2 months and noone has truly helped and I am not happy. The new vehicle (Chevy Cruze) is amazing! Everyone was great and helped with that. I purchase two vehicles at one time from Steve Raymans. I purchase two ve from Ray (Social media) he was always professional and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Ray (Social media) he was always professional and helpful.
